A new web analytics startup (Spinoff of Endeavor Consulting) is looking to hire two Web Analytics Consultants
Description:
The Web Analytics Consultant will collaborate with key business partners to provide analysis into user behavior and site usage. Attention to detail, creativity, and analytic decision making are key skills.
- Work with industry leading web analytics tools such as Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics, HBX
- Work with the customers to define further reporting and analysis enhancements.
- Provide actionable recommendations to clients to improve their site and user experience.

Required Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree required (MBA Preferred)- Experience with website analytical tools such as Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics, HBX desired.- Highly proficient at analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data; with ability to synthesize information and translate into effective and actionable insights.- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Position Reports To: Director, Web Analytics
Education Required:
Bachelors
Location: Seattle, WA.
Planned Duration of Employment: Full Time
Travel Required: 10% of the time (approximate)

We are currently seeking a talented Web Analytics Manager to work in our San Diego facility supporting our Consumer Tax Group/TurboTax. As Web Analytics Manager for the Consumer Tax Group, you will be a firm advocate for customers of TurboTax.Intuit.com and other Intuit tax web sites. Your mission will be to research and report on the experience of users of these sites and turn this research into actionable recommendations to accomplish business objectives. You will implement, report, and manage data from Foresee surveys, Web Testing (Offermatica), and Omniture SiteCatalyst.

The ability to evangelize the importance of user-oriented sites and data-driven decision-making will be critical. Creativity is key, as you will need to measure site usability and effectiveness while turning data into actionable recommendations.
Job Content & Scope:
Support the analytic needs of the team by analyzing web traffic using clickstream tools such as Omniture, HBX, Coremetrics etc. Use Microsoft Access to produce reports relating to outcomes and clickstream data.

Create dashboards by pulling data from different sources and present them to management team.

Collaborate with external partners such as Agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.

Web Analytics Manager typically focus thier reporting and analysis holistically: clickstream analysis, outcomes analysis, search analysis, Multivariate testing analysis. They will support analysis that will cover: campaigns (search & direct marketing), online demand generation, business unit financial performance, product mix, affiliates etc.

Typical Deliverables:
• Daily, weekly, monthly reports (excel, BI tools, clickstream analytics).
• Support development of management dashboards.
• Website behavior analysis.
• Data consolidation and validation.
• Coordinating tags, tests, tracking parameter implementations.

Qualifications:
Knowledge / Background / Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Omniture, ClickTracks, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics, Visual Sciences etc.
• Two to four years of experience in one or more roles in an online ecommerce or online support environment.
• At least one year experience with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and analysis.
• At least one year of experience reporting and analyzing performance of online marketing activities such as Campaigns, Affiliate Marketing, Online Acquisition Strategies etc.
• High level of expertise with Business Intelligence tools, two plus years, such as Brio, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Access.
• Two to four years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.
• Business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units preferred.
