Director Research & Analytics


Bridge Worldwide is seeking a Director to lead a team of Researchers in our
Cincinnati office. Reporting to the Vice President, Experience Planning &
Research this position will oversee day-to-day activities for a team focused
on utilizing qualitative and quantitative research to insure consumer
insight and understanding are driving all solutions. This is a highly
visible position within the organization with the opportunity to
significantly impact our work across the board.


§ Oversee day-to-day activities of a team of Researchers including
staffing, mentoring, training and career development.

§ Work closely with account, experience planning, strategy, project
management, creative and technology teams to deliver world-class interactive
solutions that match our clients’ business goals to the needs of their

§ Oversee work schedules, project approach, scope and estimate

§ Provide hands-on leadership on key accounts, projects and new
business efforts.

§ Oversee process and delivery for monthly client scorecards and Web
traffic reports.

§ Provide thought leadership within the agency and across the

§ Participate in leadership activities as a functional manager
within the agency.


§ Experience staffing, managing, and growing a team.

§ Track record of strong leadership and collaboration.

§ In depth knowledge of leading marketing research and web analytics
software, tools, and methodologies.

§ Minimum 8 years experience in an interactive agency, internet
consultancy or corporate research setting.

§ Proven experience developing, executing, analyzing and
synthesizing research across a broad range of quantitative and qualitative

§ Experience analyzing online user behavior including gathering and
analyzing data to identify key performance indicators, understand online
traffic patterns, segment customer behaviors, and drive actionable business

§ Experience in interactive marketing or business consulting using
data and information to drive specific targeting and marketing

§ Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

§ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Research or equivalent,
Masters/MBA a plus.
