Join our award winning Ecommerce team to drive conversion, AOS, and sales by analyzing multiple sources of data and providing expert knowledge and insight into Eddie Bauer’s online business and website customer behavior. Measure and analyze site click stream data and traffic patterns, funnel conversion, content performance, and product performance. Make recommendations for optimization of the online customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage standard reporting dashboard of key metrics for the online business.

Monitor, analyze, project, and communicate pattern changes in key metrics.

Develop KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for the online Merchant, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

Develop web financial forecasts and plans in collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and E-Commerce leadership.

Build, manage, and execute experimental A/B test and optimization plans and analysis.

Use syndicated research tools and communicate findings and insights to appropriate business partners.

Build business cases and ROI models for online development projects.

Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business post game projects.

Perform ad-hoc analysis to support the online Merchant, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

Serve as an online evangelist to educate the business on the availability of data and resultant value of web analytics.

Serve as the point of contact for internal metrics training.

Serve as the point of contact for external web metrics partners
vIdentify the need for and lead the evaluation of new metrics tools and applications.

Supervise one direct report.

Education/Experience Required:

5+ years experience in collecting and analyzing online data.

7+ years working in a business research and analysis environment.

Experience and education in statistics is a plus.

Experience in report and dashboard design.

Master level PC skills – MS Office and internal mainframe systems.

Demonstrated experience with web specific metrics tools like Offermatica, Optimost, Omniture, and Coremetrics.

Demonstrated data management skills using ad hoc Access and SQL queries, and Excel pivot tables.

Sound analytical skills and the ability to look beyond the numbers and provide recommendations for action.

Strong communication & presentation skills.

Masters Degree preferred, Bachelors degree required.
