(Web Sales) Conversion Marketing Manager, Hewlett Packard (American Fork, Utah)

Logoworks is looking for an experienced Conversion Marketing Manager. This is a critical role in the Logoworks business with a focus on optimizing the conversion for our on-line properties including, and another major e-commerce site that will be announced later this year.

The Logoworks Conversion Marketing Manager will play an integral role in driving the Logoworks strategic and financial objectives. Working across the organization with product managers, marketing managers and the web analytics manager, the Conversion Marketing Manager will define the conversion strategy for our on-line properties with the ultimate goal of maximizing on-line sales. This person will also drive the creation of hypothesis tests and work with the web analytics manager to design the supporting tests and analytics. As a core part of the Logoworks Product Management organization, the Conversion Marketing Manager will also play a key role in refining the customer experience by working directly with the product managers to drive changes to user flows and influence usability across the Logoworks on-line properties to improve conversion.

Responsibilities include:

- Defining and implementing the conversion strategy for all Logoworks on-line properties
- Analyze and improve effectiveness of various site features
- Plan, execute and effectively communicate the results of customer and click stream data mining analyses. Identify patterns and trends and translate into actionable insights.
- Assisting in the visual merchandising of Logoworks on-line properties to maximize the visibility of high-converting products.
- Apply statistical techniques (regression, time series, etc.) in support of conversion strategy, plans and analysis
- Improve visibility within the Logoworks executive staff and key leaders regarding site/conversion performance. Work with the web analytics manager to develop regular reporting on site performance and key statistics.


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MS preferred.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in conversion and/or interactive marketing
- Experience applying statistical analysis to support strategy and recommendations
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with standard clickstream analysis tools, such as Omniture, SiteCatalyst & related products
